1. Refund Policy

At ATS Resume Flow, we provide instant, digital AI resume analysis, keyword optimization, and cover letter generation. Because our services are rendered immediately and consume premium AI compute resources upon execution, all purchases (including subscriptions and one-time credits) are strictly non-refundable once the service is initiated.

By upgrading to a paid tier (Premium or Diamond), you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund, except under the limited technical circumstances outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Billing settings in your dashboard or contact our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active, and you will retain full premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for unused days or remaining AI generation credits in the billing cycle.
  • At the end of the billing cycle, your account will revert to the Free tier, and no further automatic charges will occur.

3. Technical Exceptions & Razorpay Processing

We aim for a flawless service experience, but in rare events of technical or transaction failure:

  • Double Deductions: If your account is debited twice for a single transaction, the extra payment will be automatically identified and refunded.
  • Service Delivery Failures: If your payment is completed but your premium plan fails to activate within 24 hours due to a system error, we will activate it manually or issue a full refund upon request.
  • Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved by our compliance team, it is processed securely back to the original payment method via Razorpay. The refund typically reflects in your bank account or credit card within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Support & Dispute Resolution

For refund queries, billing disputes, or payment clearance issues, please get in touch with our team. Please include your transaction ID, registered email address, and payment receipt in your request.
